I came into the season excitedly expecting the slow burn romance of N & E, so I was not expecting them to get married this season. I still don’t honestly, but I have thought about the “leap of faith” and the “wedding celebration.” It doesn’t say wedding, but instead wedding celebration, is there a difference? Could the leap of faith be an elopement? Then a celebration of that wedding? I do remember reading about this season having a wedding that WCTH hasn’t done yet. And I also think that in Ep 11 Nathan faces danger, and both he and Elizabeth have to come to terms with past fears and finally put faith in their love for each other. So a tiny part of me thinks it could happen that way, but I would still be shocked if it did! Fun to think about! Always enjoy reading your blog! ❤️

Thank you for reading and commenting! You have a point about the wording of the synopsis. I wouldn't be surprised if there was an elopement this season!

What intrigues me most about the episodes synopsis is: episode 10; uncovered memories shift Lucas plans. I think that means we get the answer to “Who shot Lucas?” either at the end of episode 9 or in episode 10. In episode 8 we saw the conversation between Pike and Lucas. We didn’t see al of it but what Lucas heard confirmed that his shooter isn’t behind bars and he is still in danger. Accepting that is important in his recovery and dealing with his PTSD. I think we will see this continue in episode 9 resulting in a flashback as the cliffhanger at the end of episode 9. Because in episode 10 Lucas acts upon his uncovered memories bij shifting his plans. Knowing Who done it leads to knowing the danger he is in / they are in. So that leaves the last quarter of the season to wrap up this storyline with some mountie action and the changing of plans (to the one by Lee and Rosemary). I can’t wait to see this unfold. This season goes by so fast.

I agree! I think Lucas and Pike's conversation was important which is why we did not see it. I don't think Montague is guilty so who is? It is going by so fast!
